We believe in placing the right people, with the right jobs, with the right companies. In order for a placement to be successful, all parties must be satisfied. We carefully review each resume for experience, education/training, and reliability.

If a candidate is found to have the necessary skillset for a job, we schedule an in-person meeting to assess if the candidate possesses the professionalism, values, and characteristics we feel are important for a potential employee to have in order to represent STMG, LLC.

We place high value in a person’s character than his/her skillset. We firmly believe you can train a person to make him/her proficiently skilled, but you can’t change a person’s core values/attitude.
